Po uzav\u0159en\u00ed povinn\u00e9 doch\u00e1zky n\u00e1sledovali st\u0159edn\u00ed \u0161koly, gymn\u00e1zia a re\u00e1lky. Strop tvo\u0159ily univerzity.   V druh\u00e9 polovin\u011b dvac\u00e1t\u00e9ho stolet\u00ed byly z\u00e1kladn\u00ed \u0161koly osmilet\u00e9, na n\u011b navazovali u\u010debn\u00ed obory, st\u0159edn\u00ed \u0161koly, gymn\u00e1zia a n\u00e1sledn\u011b univerzity. Po sametov\u00e9 revoluci se osmilet\u00e1 doch\u00e1zka zm\u011bnila na dev\u00edtiletou, a\u010dkoliv s touto t\u0159\u00eddou nedo\u0161lo k nav\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed znalost\u00ed, ba naopak.  Po osmilet\u00e9 z\u00e1kladn\u00ed doch\u00e1zce um\u011bla v\u011bt\u0161ina dob\u0159e vyjmenovan\u00e1 slova a n\u00e1sobilku. Ti zru\u010dn\u00ed v\u011bt\u0161inou zam\u00ed\u0159ili na u\u010debn\u00ed obor, ostatn\u00ed pokra\u010dovali v u\u010den\u00ed na st\u0159edn\u00ed \u0161kole \u010di gymn\u00e1ziu, kde se p\u0159edpokl\u00e1dalo, \u017ee kvadratick\u00e9 rovnice zvl\u00e1daj\u00ed perfektn\u011b. Z\u00e1jem o vzd\u011blance byl pro na\u0161i velkou kvalifikaci velik\u00fd i ve sv\u011bt\u011b.  V dne\u0161n\u00ed dob\u011b, dev\u00edtilet\u00fdch z\u00e1kladn\u00edch \u0161kol, se posunula v\u00fduka fyziky a chemie, vypustily se kvadratick\u00e9 rovnice. Vlastn\u011b se nen\u00e1padn\u011b sni\u017euje kvalita vzd\u011bl\u00e1n\u00ed ji\u017e na z\u00e1kladn\u00ed \u00farovni. Situaci zhor\u0161uje i p\u0159ij\u00edmac\u00ed \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed na gymn\u00e1zia z 5., 7. a 9. t\u0159\u00eddy. Samotn\u00e1 inkluze rovn\u011b\u017e komplikuje vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed. Na st\u0159edn\u00edch \u0161kol\u00e1ch jsou nyn\u00ed jednotn\u00e9 maturity. Mnoho lid\u00ed m\u00e1 vysoko\u0161kolsk\u00e9 vzd\u011bl\u00e1n\u00ed, ale nic neum\u00ed. Existuje spousta obor\u016f, kter\u00e9 nejsou vyu\u017eiteln\u00e9 v praxi, je jen mnoho lid\u00ed s titulem, kte\u0159\u00ed se \u017eiv\u00ed n\u011b\u010d\u00edm jin\u00fdm.  Co o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1me od vzd\u011bl\u00e1n\u00ed? Z\u00e1kladn\u00ed \u0161kola by m\u011bla d\u00e1t ucelen\u00fd p\u0159ehled o v\u0161ech p\u0159edm\u011btech a ka\u017ed\u00fd by m\u011bl dob\u0159e ps\u00e1t a po\u010d\u00edtat, v\u010detn\u011b kvadratick\u00fdch rovnic. V sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b rozhodn\u011b toto napln\u011bno nen\u00ed, proto tak\u00e9 nar\u016fst\u00e1 obliba individu\u00e1ln\u00edho vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed. U u\u010debn\u00edch obor\u016f by m\u011bl b\u00fdt d\u016fraz na praxi, v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b ambic\u00ed na vedouc\u00edho je potom na m\u00edst\u011b maturita. St\u0159edn\u00ed \u0161koly by se m\u011bly pod\u00edlet na sv\u00e9 maturit\u011b, proto\u017ee se li\u0161\u00ed jednotliv\u00fdmi obory a zam\u011b\u0159en\u00edm, na to nelze m\u00edt jednotnou maturitu, vede to ke sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed kvality. Vysok\u00e9 \u0161koly by nem\u011bly b\u00fdt zam\u011b\u0159en\u00e9 na kvantitu, ale kvalitu. Je-li nadbytek absolvent\u016f na pracovn\u00edm trhu m\u011bl by se sn\u00ed\u017eit n\u00e1bor nov\u00fdch student\u016f. V\u00fd\u0161e dosa\u017een\u00e9ho vzd\u011bl\u00e1n\u00ed by m\u011bla jasn\u011b ukazovat kvalitu a vyu\u017eitelnost pracovn\u00edka. Sm\u011br na\u0161eho \u0161kolstv\u00ed takov\u00fd nen\u00ed, n\u011bkter\u00e9 firmy si tedy p\u0159i v\u00fdb\u011bru kandid\u00e1ta nejprve prov\u011b\u0159\u00ed znalost z\u00e1kladn\u00edch po\u010d\u00edta\u010dov\u00fdch program\u016f jako Excel \u010di Word a po\u0159\u00e1d\u00e1 p\u0159ij\u00edmac\u00ed matematick\u00e9 zkou\u0161ky p\u0159ed samotn\u00fdm pohovorem.
